Deadline Extension: Call for Proposals for ERUA2 Motto and Coat of Arms

We would like to announce that we are extending the deadline for the call to gather proposals for adopting a motto and designing a coat of arms for the ERUA 2 project.

The new deadline for submissions is now the 18th of July, 2024.

 

We remind you that this initiative seeks ideas that embody the spirit and values of our alliance, encapsulating ERUA’s core principles of Openness, Student-focused approach, Inclusiveness, and Humanism.

Each participant may submit only one proposal for each item. The requirements are:

Motto Proposal:

Must be short, impactful, and memorable, accompanied by an explanation.

Should reflect the values, mission, and vision of ERUA2.

Length must not exceed 10 words.

Must be in English, with the possibility of translation by partners.

Must be original and not previously used by other entities or organizations.

 

Coat of Arms Proposal:

Must be distinctive, meaningful, and evoke a sense of pride and belonging.

Must be original and unpublished.

Should reflect the values, mission, and vision of ERUA2.

Created in a vector format suitable for various media (print and digital).

Balanced composition, clearly legible even in small sizes.

Limited colours, adaptable to different backgrounds.

Should not resemble the shape or colours of national flags of alliance countries.

Accompanied by a brief description explaining the meaning of its symbols and concepts.

 

Key Dates

Submission Deadline: 18 July 2024

The selection committee will shortlist at least three proposals for each item, which will then be forwarded to the Steering Committee for the final decision. Proposals will be evaluated based on clarity, applicability, originality, creativity, relevance, and aesthetic quality.
